Apsley House Create their Very Own Crowns
Apsley House Care Home residents made the most of the lovely weather recently by taking to the garden to enjoy some Jubilee preparation in the sun. To commemorate Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, the residents decided to get creative and make their very own crowns! The Queen has an incredible 70 years of service under her belt and everybody was wondering what it must be like to spend a day in her shoes. Unfortunately that’s not possible, so the next best thing was for the residents to wear some fancy crowns adorned with shiny jewels and enjoy feeling like royalty for the day instead! Everyone had a blast designing and creating their crowns and there were some truly regal creations on show at our care home in Bognor!
